These guys are awesome! Worked with Mike and Rick in purchasing a special vehicle that I have been looking for, for quite awhile. Communication was great from start to finish. Since I am an out of state customer, they were able to quickly send me additional pictures and video of the vehicle I was interested in. They also answered all the questions that I regarding the vehicles condition thoroughly. This was important since I needed detailed information prior to booking air travel, rental car and hotel room, in order to see the vehicle in person. Both Mike and Rick came into the office during winter storm Blair, to make sure I had the opportunity to check out the vehicle. "Thank you guys so much"! Speaking with them was like speaking with an old friend. We were able to agree on a fair price on the vehicle and have made arrangements for vehicle transport to my location. I have bought and sold many vehicles in my lifetime, this has been the best vehicle purchase experience I have had by far! We test drove both vehicles we were interested in. The sales team was not pushy but was interested that we were in the right vehicles for our needs. Mike gave us a great deal on our trip vehicles were traded in for the two new to us vehicles. Very pleased with our experience.

my wife purchased a highlander here. she is very picky, but michael and chris checked everything she was looking for and got back to us promptly with any questions she had. rick was full of fun stories and great customer service. would highly recommend coming back to this dealer- we definitely will!
